Merry Christmas!

Audrey Watches The Nutcracker

Thanks to The Studio, Audrey and I took a trip to NYC this week. We began by seeing the Rockettes 100th Anniversary Christmas Spectacular. It was spectacular! 

After the show, we got to meet up with the Rockette, Mackenzie, who taught The Studio's intensive this summer.

Next, the dancers got to take a workshop with another Rockette!

Finally, we righted a parenting fail and took Audrey to watch The Nutcracker for the first time after performing in 6 seasons' shows herself.

The ballet was exquisite, but the most magical part was watching Audrey love the show she loves. We were both teary for different reasons.

We loved our Christmas adventure in the city and our rare one-on-one time together. <3

The Polar Express

Christmastime means dancing! We were all aboard the Polar Express this year.

Both girls did as well as they have ever done. Thanks to The Studio for another beautiful show full of holiday spirit!
